2014

In 2014, OS-easy established a Government and Enterprise Industry Department, implementing multiple cloud computing projects in sectors such as courts, healthcare, social security, and taxation.
In 2014, desktop cloud business sales exceeded 5 million units, and the company established its first batch of educational pilot users in universities nationwide.
In 2014, OS-easy was awarded "Top Ten Education Cloud Solutions

2015

In 2015, we participated in the formulation of national cloud computing standards, and vServer product passed two cloud evaluation certifications.
In 2015, we established 27 offices nationwide to provide in-depth frontline service to customers.

2016

2018

In January, OS-easy won the second prize in the "Second China Excellent Cloud Computing Open Source Case".

2019

In December, the company added 3 cloud computing patents and 5 software copyrights.
In May, OS-easy Education Desktop Cloud Integrated Edition was released, becoming the industry's first to achieve 5-level integration, setting an industry standard for desktop cloud services.
In March, OS-easy accompanied the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education to Lincang to carry out targeted poverty alleviation work.

2020

In December, the first "OS-easy Cup Software Design Competition" was held in Wuhan Textile University.
In July, OS-easy was interviewed by Hubei Economic Radio's "Yangtze River Power" program—"Born Against the Tide"—sharing its story on the theme "Choosing the Right Track and Cultivating Deeply for Years: Achieving Rise Against the Tide During a Crisis."
In July, OS-easy successfully passed the CMMI Level 5 assessment and certification again.
In May, OS-easy joined the "Laboratory Management Working Branch of the China Higher Education Association," becoming one of the first batch of corporate members, deepening industry-education cooperation and experimental teaching reform.
In May, OS-easy was selected for the 2020 Ministry of Education's Industry-University Collaborative Education Project list, marking a new stage in industry-education integration.

2021

In August, OS-easy was ranked among the top 6 in the 2021 Cloud Desktop Provider Ranking, demonstrating its deep understanding of customer needs and empowering industry clients with multi-scenario service capabilities.
In June, OS-easy successfully entered the Innovation Layer of the stock market.
Also in June, at the "2021 China (Wuhan) Venture Capital Summit" hosted by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government, OS-easy entered the 2021 Wuhan Future Star TOP100 Enterprises list.

2022

In December, strategic partnerships were established with Huawei, China Electronics, and telecom operators, combining strengths to expand the market.
In August, OS-easy, together with its strategic partner Huawei Terminal Co., Ltd., conducted roadshows and seminars in over 20 regions, integrating resources for mutual benefit.
Also in August, OS-easy attended the 2022 National Vocational College Skills Competition (Higher Vocational Group) in the "Machine Vision System Application" category, showcasing the significant effectiveness of desktop cloud applications in vocational education, which was highly praised by teachers and students.
In June, OS-easy was approved as one of the 30 industry-university collaborative education projects by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education.

2023

In December, OS-easy ranked Top one in the "2023 Higher Education Desktop Cloud Ranking" published by Internet Weekly.
In December, OS-easy won the UNESCO "Digitalization Pioneer Case Award for Higher Education".
October: Jointly showcased with Intel at the 2023 Japan IT Week Autumn Exhibition, demonstrating China's cloud computing power.
September: Jointly established a collaborative industry-education integration community for the information technology innovation industry with Central China Normal University and Wuhan Vocational College.
In July, OS-easy Medical Integrated Desktop Cloud helped Nanchong Central Hospital win the first prize in the 6th National Smart Healthcare Innovation Competition.
In May, OS-easy received a strategic investment of 20 million yuan from the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (Zhuhai) Industrial Investment Fund.
In April, OS-easy reached a strategic cooperation agreement with UNESCO, and the two parties will cooperate in areas such as smart classrooms, ICTE micro-certification, course resource sharing, and international business expansion.

OS-easy plans to invest 25.05 million yuan to acquire 27.27% stake in Boshang Zhuoyue.

OS-easy (837922) announced on October 21, 2024, that it will invest RMB 25.05 million in Chongqing BuHang ZhuoYue Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. — a move aligned with the company's strategy to strengthen its presence in intelligent education technology. The investment consists of RMB 7.5 million in registered capital and RMB 17.55 million in capital reserve, wholly funded from the company's own resources.
