Africa shares a similar historical starting point with China and urgently needs to establish its own educational and economic systems while expanding new economic industries. China’s educational development experience offers valuable lessons for Africa.

Coinciding with efforts by the Hubei Provincial Government and the Department of Science and Technology to strengthen China-Africa innovation and entrepreneurship, a series of youth awards and technology transfer collaborations have emerged. African universities will actively participate in enhancing independent innovation capabilities and promoting knowledge-based economic transformation. The Ghanaian Ministry of Education will further engage in international cooperation with UNESCO and the Chinese Ministry of Education to advance the China-Africa University Alliance and learn from China’s experience.
