From April 23 to 25, the first Digital Ecological Innovation Conference for the Medical Industry and the National Finals of the 7th Smart Healthcare Innovation Competition were held in Changsha. The conference, themed ‘Intelligence Leads the Future, Calculating a New Era of Medicine’, aims to construct a new ecosystem for the deep integration of digital economy and the medical industry. In this competition, OS-EASY showcased three exemplary projects: “Distributed VOI Cloud Desktop Hospital HIS System Innovation Application,” “Cloud Desktop-Based Terminal Dual-Network System Office Application,” and “Software-Defined Terminal Cloud Management Integrated Platform Construction.” These solutions directly address the pain points of dispersed terminal devices in hospitals, poor peripheral compatibility, and low operational efficiency. For instance, to tackle the challenge of managing multi-brand terminals in hospitals, their “Universal Mirror Adaptive Driver Technology” can uniformly manage over 20 brands and cross-generational devices, resulting in an 80% increase in image deployment efficiency; while the “Transient Restoration Technology” allows for a one-click rollback of the system to a healthy state, shortening business interruption time by 90%.

The OS-EASY Medical Desktop Cloud Solution integrates multiple innovative technologies, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency and safety of medical scenarios. With the ‘Printer Centralized Instant Matching’ feature, hospitals can visualize the ‘copy and paste’ printer drivers, increasing fault response efficiency by 70%. The ‘Dual Desktop Integration for Internal and External Networks’ technology ensures physical data isolation while allowing external virtual desktops to directly access internal printers, balancing security and convenience. Additionally, the solution is fully compatible with the Xinchuang environment, supporting systems such as Windows, UOS, and Kylin, facilitating a smooth transition for hospitals to a domestically produced ecosystem.
Currently, the OS-EASY Medical Desktop Cloud Solution has been implemented in over a hundred medical institutions, including Wuhan First Hospital, Capital Medical University affiliated Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Hubei Province Third People’s Hospital, and Guizhou Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital. It covers all scenarios including outpatient services, nurse workstations, radiology, and laboratory departments. The solution enhances hospital information technology operations efficiency by 50%, with 90% of terminal faults capable of being resolved remotely within seconds. By maximizing the use of existing equipment, hardware procurement costs have been reduced by over ten million yuan. Additionally, the solution has achieved Level 3 certification under the Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS) 2.0, ensuring ‘zero leakage’ of data between internal and external networks.
