Quality guarantees and after-sale service (except the special cause stated in the contract):
 

Hardware products: 

◆ Guarantee replacement in one month, guarantee to keep cards in good repair in the second and the third month. During the period of quality insurance, this product presents the quality problem in the case of normally uses, our company offer free repair. Outside the period of quality insurance, our company will collect the maintenance fee according to the degree of destroys of the products.

◆The products which are damaged by the customer artificially do not belong to the list of guaranteeing replacement and guaranteeing maintenance:

1, Lack of the products component, connecting and plugging-in package; Physics damage of rupturing and seriously out of shape of the printed substrate.
2, the circuit of the printed substrate is scratched, corroded, getting rusty or with serious stain.
3, Private change (replace) products component or the content of ROM.
4, the product is damaged because of user did not according to the stipulate of the user manual to operate.
 
◆ Pirate product or other brand of recovery card are not in range of the service of guarantee maintained and upgrade.

◆ Get in touch with the appointed agent or distributor directly, to obtain the thoughtful service in time.

Software product:
◆ The used alone software product enjoy free upgraded in three years in case of not increasing new function.

◆ Software product that uses alone increase new function, it will collect the upgrade service charge according to the regulation of our company.

◆ All attachment software products, such as CD, etc are. Out of the range of guarantee maintained and upgrade.

Measure and test before exporting:

    Any product should need to be measured and tested through the following six steps:

1) Software code testing
2) Raw materials testing
3) Production process testing (Chip packaging, SMT, DIP weld and package testing)
4) Finished product testing
5) Aging testing
6) Testing the samples by random when it is delivered out of storage.
