We have senior engineers and technicians with industry experience and advanced education leading our R&D team. All of our R&D staff are highly qualified and are committed to developing new and innovative recovery cards, recovery software, remote control software, multimedia software. We can fulfill OEM and ODM orders and create products to fit customer's specifications. We realize that to remain competitive in today's technologically advanced market, we must add new products to our already successful lineup. To do this, we invest heavily in capital, research, and upgrading our systems. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and to become a world class enterprise with world class products.
We regard product quality with utmost importance and believe that product quality is the foundation and future of our company, leads to customer satisfaction,and adds value , to our pricing structure. All of our operations, including research, manufacturing and shipping are utilize strict quality control methods. Our QC department has 10 employees who are responsible for the following:
1) Checking the quality of all raw and processed materials
2) Handling customers' requests, analyzing product quality statistics, and following up to ensure improvements have been made
3) Analyzing the related documents, using systematic statistical methods, and supervising disposal of abnormal products .
